They're toying around with the idea of letting you control the Brumak in Beast mode. So far they biggest and toughest Locust you can control is the Berserker.

Beast mode looks great. I have to say that the graphics don't look alot better than gears 2

Cliffy B has said they improved the Unreal Engine therefore they game will look better. Just like Killzone 2 to 3. Not a huge difference in graphics but noticeable. Just have patience. Wait until its closer to release day to judge how it looks.

From what I've seen its just the lighting and foliage in the leaves.

Bad news, Gears of War 3 was pushed back to holiday 2011.

The game, which was scheduled for release on April 5, 2011, has been pushed back. Yes, you just read that in the headline and in the first paragraph. Redundant!

There are so many games coming out in early 2011. I'm kind of glad it was pushed back. Plus, it will have less competition, and will probably help 360 sales next holiday.

Don't think so. Gears of War 1 sold 6.09 million. GeoW 2 sold 5.89 million. Killzone 2 sold 2.39 million. Rolling Eyes

It had nothing to do with quality issues and more to do with launching the game during the holiday season. Plus MS needs a big holidays title.
