No. By most people. I played FFVII when it first came out. When there weren't fanboys. The gameplay is turn-based. Just like ALL the Final Fantasy's before it. The gameplay was nothing different. The music was amazing. For me, the music in the game was the best of all games. The story was just as good as the others.

Fanboys were different back then. They had undying support for their console. They supported their console, not their corporation. Fanboys today are Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony fanboys. Fanboys back then were Genesis and NES fanboys. They loved their console above all others, but had no qualms about touching the other console.

So because Eurogamer liked one game over another mean they're biased? Maybe every good review is biased. Bias doesn't equal "bad reviews". All reviews are biased because they're opinionated. Personally, from what I've played of MNR, it's not that amazing, an 8/10 at best.

The first in-game Final Fantasy Versus XIII cutscene footage was shown at the 2008 Tokyo Game Show. It's now 2010. Let's see the first gameplay images.

The latest issue of Japanese game magazine Famitsu has details about the PS3 title's gameplay. While the title is set in the same universe as Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy Versus XIII has a different visual look and feeling to it.



Versus XIII is an open world game, allowing players to go everywhere save for the mountains. Players can drive around in a car, which they can exit and explore the area on foot. Objects that are found on the road can be destroyed as well.

It is possible to see some of the enemies that are wandering around, but some enemies will suddenly appear and surprise players.
