I haven't finished it yet but I feel like doing a review:

Story; C-

Mario games are notorious for having a bad storyline but this is mario, we don't care about the story, we want superb gameplay

Gameplay; A+

I thought the gameplay in Galaxy 1 was perfect and this time, it's no different, it's still the awesome gameplay that we all loved (yoshi controls are also very good btw)

Characters; A-

Mario, Yoshi, and Luigi...need I say more?

Music; A++

The music is better than ever and it has the best music I have seen in a game

Not the best review but oh well, overall, I give it an A-
I know I know, I did say we don't care about the story, but that dosen't mean I should give an A+

Better than sequel? of course! It's a game you NEED to play, get is a.s.a.p

galaxy 2 is amazing. i would say that i prefer it over 64 but not by much. mario games are almost always top class.

i got this as well first Wii game i have picked up retail. all my other wii games are old school downloaded from the wii store.

LittleBigPlanet has music that can compare to this. I personally think that FFIV had the best music in any game to date.

I liked FFII's music more. It had the perfect Chocobo Song.

It's not that those songs weren't popular. It's that they weren't commercial. Anyways, I agree but it's still a game soundtrack. Not an OST but a soundtrack.
