Anyway, my point is, not every PC can be connected to a TV. But every PC can be programmed, or modded to do so. Also, not every PC is connected to a TV, according to the definition a PC is only considered a console when plugged into a TV.

I agree with the video comparison. Right now, 360 doesn't have much that can compete with Uncharted 2 and God of War 3. Heavy Rain is unique and innovative too.

GOW3 is actually pretty balanced

It was just an example showing all games are repetitive, you just gotta get used to it.
