Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One

Players appear to be able to play as Dr. Nefarious, Ratchet, Clank, and Captain Qwark. It's drop-in/drop-out. The game is called Ratchet and Clank: All For One.
The game still looks like a Ratchet game, only now it has the chaos of a four-person shooter. The teammates can work together, even using weapons between players.
The game also appears to feature four player puzzles, with things like a Giant cannon all the players have to work together to operate.
The game features online modes including co-op. It will also feature offline co-op.

yes this was an unexpected amazing surprise and now i get it when ted price said there will be allot more games like this and that modnation racers inspired them. yay for all 4 one!!!
