Mine would be Metroid Prime Trilogy. Great Graphics for the Wii, Absolutely the best controls EVAR, and amazing level creature design.

Robot Wars: Extreme Destruction. Loved that game and played on that the most as far as i remember. I bought the original Xbox because of it.
