12 states petition the supreme court for game restrictions

i don't agree with this because this will be taking away the first ammendment from developers, publishers. Do you guys agree with those states?

Also, now i may be wrong. they are not censoring the games there just making it so you have to be over a certain age to buy it. now u dont really have to be, places will self check but there making it illegal to sell a game to someone under the age thing. also i think this should all be self controlled by the industry is that not why we have the ESRB.

Wait, it just prevents the sale of M-rated games to minors? We already have that in NY . . . it's really not a huge deal, actually.
