i cant get on playstation home

everytime i try to get on this is what happens, i select home then it tells me to update so i do then after its about to install the ps3 beeps 3 times then it takes me back to the main menu the ps3 menu like WTF its been doing this for a while now aand its only that game

any ideas of what it could be asian kid 1 is goin throught the same thing only with RDR

I had this for a while I loged in about 4 or 5 times then it just worked no reson I could see it just worked sorry I can't give you more than that but at least I didn't come on just slag of Home hope you get back in soon good luck.
