I traded my copy of Final Fantasy VII with my friend's copy of Final Fantasy VIII, but then he graduated from High School and moved away, God I'm glad I made that trade. Final Fantasy VIII is in so many ways superior to Final Fantasy VII.

7 wasn't so much perfect (I only got round to playing it after it hit PSN) - but it was a very, very enjoyable 35 hours playing through the story, and there's so many sidequests.

Now I just wish they'd put the PS1 FF6 on PSN, I'm dying to play that one.

Agreed, VIII's the only one I like so far... I'll play VII later but my God IX is terrible... FFVIII is in my top 5 of all time...

Agreed, VIII's the only one I like so far... I'll play VII later but my God IX is terrible... FFVIII is in my top 5 of all time...

I got to the oart where I'm entering the caves after the princess poisons me n runs off... Nothing about this game has drawn me into it right now...
