FFvXIII On 360, Uncharted 3, And Quantic Dream's Horizon

Not content with listing the Team ICO Collection yesterday, Amazon France has gone rumour-mental today, posting pages for Final Fantasy Versus XIII for 360, Uncharted 3 and Horizon, the supposed new title from Heavy Rain developer Quantic Dream.
Versus XIII is officially a PS3 exclusive so far, but it’s not the first time its single platform has been brought into question. Square Enix president Yoichi Wada said last month that a 360 version was being “looked into.”
He later said that the comment shouldn’t be taken too seriously.
Versus XIII’s big brother, FFXIII, went multi-plat at E3 two years ago, having previously been a PS3 exclusive.
As for Uncharted 3, nothing has been said of the Naughty Dog actioner by either developer or publisher Sony, although voice actor of main character Nathan Drake, Nolan North, did say it would be “common sense” for it to happen.
Finally, back at the start of this month, VG247 sources revealed that Quantic Dream boss David Cage was currently hiring for actors for Horizon, following on from the surprising success of Heavy Rain earlier this year.
Cage said back at GDC this year that the story for his next game was already written
He also ruled out any chance of a Heavy Rain sequel back in February.
The Amazon listing says the title will be Sony-published, as we were told.

When that rumor came up that Versus was "being looked", the FFversusXIII board on Gamespot was raided by 360 fanboys making troll threads about how much ps3 sucks and that it lost another exclusive.

Cloud is in Crisis Core, Advent Children, Dissidia, Dirge of Cerberus. Cloud is also in the Kingdom Hearts games, but those aren't as good.

The Cloud in Kingdom Hearts is a ''fake'' Cloud. And I'm pretty sure we are talking about as a main/core character..

I always wondered, how do you people come to that conclusion? Final Fantasy XIII was developed separately from the 360 version, it used up around 45GB's of the Blueray disk, the 360 version was just compressed down to about 20GB's and put on 3 disks. And if you say that it's because it's changed to suit a Western audience, then they did a pretty shitty job of it. It just became even more linear like other JRPG's. Western RPG's have large expansive worlds, tons of side quests, and very deep character customization, in fact most WRPG character's don't have an actual name, you name them yourself. And they sell million of copies on the 360 alone. If FFvXIII was ported to the 360 it would simply be compressed and made across 3 disks. I find it difficult to believe that it would hinder the PS3 version, so why are you and so many other people so set on the idea that the 360 holds multiplats back?

Final Fantasy XIII was cut in half to fit the 360.. If Versus were ported to the 360 it would take at the very least 5 discs to run half of the game.

Cut in half? You mean the game that took about 60-70 hours to complete? That took up 45GB of the 50GB Duel layered Blueray disk? There is a very large difference between "cut", and compressed. If Versus were ported it would be compressed and fit on 3 disks like FFXIII was. And a lot of FFXIII was cutscenes which take up a SHIT LOAD of memory. Game content itself takes up significantly less memory.

Its highly likely that Versus will go multi-plat. Its all about the moneyz. I also expect to see a PS3 version of Mass Effect 3, possibly even ME 2?
Although for some reason John Riccitiello CEO of EA, said ME 1 would'nt be ported to PS3....for what reason I dont know. Maybe because Microsoft published it??

I doubt that Versus will go multiplatform. And BlackStigma, Versus is planned to be twice as big as XIII. Not only that but the graphical capability of the game is outstanding, unreal almost.
Versus is Nomura's baby. If Wada sells out his baby, Nomura will leave. Nomura is the only thing holding Square Enix together. Wada isn't an idiot. If Nomura leaves, they lose money..

Those were horrible quality. You can't tell shit from those. Not only that, they were most likely Alpha-Beta cutscenes.
