Both games running look great. Screenshots like that do neither game justice.

I could have taken way better screenshots of Gears 2.
Either way, those screens make both games look underwhelming.
According to them, Gears 2 uses "blurring"...even though it had already been confirmed at beyond3d that they were using 2xMSAA to handle the aliasing.
