I don't agree with this article but it gives some pretty good points.

lol seriously. i really find it hard to believe kinect fixes anything for MS when the Slim is already having issues. when they put out a GOOD console that works for more then 6 months at a time Ill believe it.

Well I couldn't really find anything saying it had wifi, or one that said it didn't. All articles said it was a 360 slim but with 4 GB of flash memory instead of an HDD. So that means it does. Besides the 360 arcade fat is selling for $150 with Banjo Kazooie and Viva Pinata so a new slim wouldn't be 50 dollars more with just slightly more memory and without bundled games.

The only difference between them is that the slim has no HDD.

Actually MS is pretty smart selling it for $299 even though it doesn't have a HDD. Look at the Wii. It only has 512MB internal memory. The main idea is to sell a product cheaper than it's competitor and that is what MS is trying to do.

They are trying to convince the casuals to buy a $299 Kinect over a $399 move and I'm sorry but a 120GB HDD is not going to make them choose the move bundle.

Who cares if Ps3 will be in last place (in terms of sales) for the next 100.000.000 years? The ps3 is already first place for the core audience. The Ps3 is already first place for the ones who care about gaming in general. The Ps3 has the best libary of exclusives and the one with the most variety, so why cant we just get over the fucking sales?

Well you could always use flash drives, I find that more cost efficient than buying overpriced MS HDD's. And since installs aren't required that would probably suit you just fine unless you plan on purchasing a shit load of DLC.
