Capcom making a "big announcement" this Thursday

Capcom Europe has let slip on its Twitter account that it will be making a ‘big announcement’ this Thursday.
The company tweeted: "Big announcement... 2 days to go!"

Quite what this announcement will turn out to be is a mystery at this point, though we reckon it’ll pertain to the company’s GamesCom line-up. Still, we can’t rule out the possibility of it being a new game announcement – Dino Crisis or Resident Evil 6 would be nice, Capcom.

Capcom’s Yoshinori Ono has declared that his next project will top even the mighty Super Street Fighter IV, insisting the celebrated brawler is ‘nothing’ compared to what he has in store next.

The SSFVI producer Tweeted, "Super SF4 on sale!! SuperSF4 is nothing compared to what's coming!!"

So, what could Ono have up his sleeves? Sadly he wasn’t ready to give anything away, though when quizzed by one fan as to whether or not his next project is a sequel to Darkstalkers, he replied: "I'm left speechless yet..... Shhhh."

With Capcom scheduled to make a ‘big announcement’ this Thursday, we may not have to wait long to find out what Ono has planned. Stay tuned.

I liked RE5, but it doesn't even compare to RE4.
