I doubt it will be at E3 Jaffe said he would not be at E3 so i dont think what ever hes working on will not be there.

I never got the chance to play twisted metal but I remember that my uncle had it on the ps1 and since I was youunger, I was pretty scared to even look at the game because of the cover...let alone play it but I might rent twisted metal black

Anyway, Jaffe pretty much said it'd be at E3, because

A)he said he wouldn't be making it, and

B)he is making another game and he won't be at E3, to announce TM IF it gets an announcement.
