My thoughts:
I think this will do extremely well, with the support of both hardcore and casual games.

No offense anyone, but the Wii motion controls suck. Again, no offense is intended to any Wiitards.
- Spoiler:
- If you want to know where Wiitard comes from, film yourself playing Wii Canoe.
I am personally looking forward to this, the controller reminds one of the Wii but, according to Kevin Butler, It's nothing like the Wiimote. It's actually precise!! The Wii made that seem impossible...
I laugh at Natal.

Again, no offense, but I can't help thinking the Wii motion plus looks like a condom for Wiimotes.
Something I hope to see in the Move (that Wiimote doesn't offer) is the involvement of life skills (Wii still uses gaming skills). Although it makes me feel good, i don't like how I possess the ability beat Tiger Woods at Wii golf, when my longest drive just fell short of 100 yards in the Range.

I agreed to that yesterday. But now I think the whole shape looks like an Ice Cream cone. And I love all Ice Cream reference.

If they have the software to back up the hardware I'm all for it.

Re: PlayStation®Move Discussion.
From the videos I've seen, I'm definitely getting it. Especially since Socom 4 will have Move support

Re: PlayStation®Move Discussion.
I doubt move or natal will take away any of Nintendo's momentum. At least in the short term. But move shows a lot of promise for hardcore gaming. Motion controls applied to something like Call of Duty or The Force Unleashed has the potential to be really freaking awesome.

Re: PlayStation®Move Discussion.
I dont care if the idea is fucking stolen, if the motion control is more precise, and is able to track motions in 3D. This will just be better than the Wii , but i dont think it will be nearly as succesfull as the Wii or Natal, even if its better, because Microsoft will advertise the crap out of it, and the Wii is already to popular. I dont like Natal btw, because of the lack of buttons. It will be impossible to make good coregames for Natal.
Now that i think about it... if you combine the Playstation Move with a 3D TV O.o .... 3D tracking and a 3D enviroment... this could be so epic ! You could really aim at the ball with the Ps Move in games like tennis or something... Idk if it would work though...

Re: PlayStation®Move Discussion.
I intend to get it on per order in game but but I don't seem to be able to get the if you have the if you have a ps eye already pack that Ken Katagy said about and I still beleve this will move ps3 gaming forward but let's just hope that Sony don't forget about hard core gamers coz as funny and silly as Kevin Buttler's speech was at E3 it was nun the less true as for the future of gaming I hope to see it become something that blurs the the lines between hard core and family gaming I'd love to see games were your in the game you raid the tome you beat the carp out of Paul Phoennix or your jumping around the platforms all by mixing motion capture image capture maybe we'll need some more kit to do it but Move can be the launch platform for it all.
Re: PlayStation®Move Discussion.
im deft getting move one for tiger woods 11, also because i think sony will truly do some special stuff with REAL GAMES not just motion games for the move. One of the move games im lookin forward to is sorcery. I pre ordered the bundle with sports champions and also order'd the navi and extra move controller because i plan on getting the fighting game as well.
Re: PlayStation®Move Discussion.
I was going to per order both the move and the nav but acording to the store manager the nav won't be mutch use for a while and all readdy have a ps eye so I just per ordered the the move on it's own
Re: PlayStation®Move Discussion.
The subcontroller will mainly be used for hardcore games like Sorcery, Heroes on the Move, LittleBigPlanet 2, SOCOM 4, and Killzone 3.Zenbloke wrote:I was going to per order both the move and the nav but acording to the store manager the nav won't be mutch use for a while and all readdy have a ps eye so I just per ordered the the move on it's own
