What do you mean by "fairly".

Some reviews were trollish. But it's not like the game is flawless.

Reviews are meaningless eh? It didnt really get reviewed fairly, but reviews are very important . If gaming is a big hobby of you, you know that reviews are important, because you cant check out every single game for yourself.
Every gamer is influenced by reviews, even if he doesnt recognize it.

Review SCORES are meaningless. reviews themselves are what's important. all people remember now a days are the scores and not the reivews themselves. Fuck the scores, the reviews themselves are what matter.

Well from what I've heard, the online portion of the game launched after a majority of the reviews came in, so I suppose it wasn't reviewed fairly, although I doubt the score would be much different had the reviews come in after the online launched.

Well IGN review always seem to be rushed to be the first major gaming news site to have a review on the biggest titles. When you look at GT and Gamespot, their reviews get release 24+ hours after IGN. GT and Gamespot reviews are much more detailed in writtern(don't think GT does writtern reviews) and video.

Anyways.
So what GT5 is under AAA status. It's going to end up being a high selling title (we seen this happen before). To some of us "gamers" the game maybe rubbish and boring and rather play a arcade racer. Just note that GT has always been target towards people who are actually into cars, racing, collecting etc.

I really don't care what the reviews are even though do agree with them. I love this game even if it is somewhat of a disappointment. So yes i agree with the reviews that give the game a 8.0 or more no less.
