Story

How to start a review? The story of course!
inFamous start's off as you being a delivery guy called cole and it seem's it's an ordinary old day till the package turns out to be a bomb and blows up! This start's off infamous as cole first get's his powers and has troubles with his girlfriend Trish. Other characters include his best friend Zeke Jedediah and Moya and FBI agent who makes a deal with cole. Apparently Moya's husband has gone missing and if Cole manages to find him she say's she will let him out of the city. You, the player, can alter the story( well slightly) due to the karma choices. The story goes on and many more things are revealed and by the time you finished the game everything seem's revealed and theres a cliffhanger ending which would explain how inFamous 2 would start off. In the end i enjoyed inFamous's story it sure as hell wasnt a Metal Gear Solid but it was still a great story.

Graphics

The graphics in inFamous arent exactly impressive. The world maybe big but nowhere near as big as GTA IV or RDR but inFamous seem's to take a shit load longer for everything to load up. Even 1 hour in you will see things loading up and there are also many UGLY textures that are very noticable. Thecharacter models look hideously deformed and quite overall shit for a 2009 game. The only good part about the graphics were the digital comic-like parts which were enjoyable and some nice eye candy and they also seemed to progress the story well.

Audio

The sound in inFamous was okay. It was nothing impressive or anything just ok. There werent any memorable soundtracks. The voice acting was decent but some of the characters had pretty good voice acting(not great) such as Kessler, Zeke and Cole. The sound is nothing special but it isn't shit either.

Gameplay&Replay Value

The gameplay in inFamous is where the real shitstorm begins. The gameplay at first seem's ok and can be just fun to run around Empire City or grind on tracks or trains. However the main story can be completed in about 4-5 hours if you have not done any of the side missions. After you have beaten the game there are a loud of collectibles such as blast shards and dead drops. However the gameplay is VERY glitchy and has a ton of problems. I can not tell you how many times i have randomly died trying to climb a building and cole hits his head and dies. Not to mention he has the most fucking slippery fingers fucking ever. He almost missed every time on my playthrough and it was especially annoying on the sewer levels. Fix your shit Sucker Punch

Gameplay&Replay Value - 5.5

Overall Score - 6.0

I highly disagree with Audio and Gameplay lulz.
For me there are two highly memorable tracks: Meet the reapers and Silent Melody .
I think Infamous has a very very good soundtrack.

The gameplay is at 9-9.5 for me and the overall score at 9.2 at least.
Cant say anything bout the english voice acting, because i bought a german copy.

This review is wrong and it's an opinion.

You guys are crazy! Infamous was quite the delicacy. Only thing I didnt like about it was the horrendous character models for some of the characters. Especially Cole's girlfriend, she looked like she was ROAD KILL.

I found the game very fun, but there was weird glitch I Ran into. in the fight I Alden, I just randomly fall through the bridge. another thing that bothered me was at the very end when I was trying for the plat through My good play through, I choose activate the ray sphere, but the moment i do that, I go from Hero, to Infamous, and get the trophy for doing so. only problem is, I CAN'T COMPLETE THE GAME AS GOOD WITHOUT STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN! what a fatal flaw at the end of the game! if your bad when you get the the end activate the ray sphere, if your good, destroy the ray sphere, or you will be screwed over if your going for the Plat.

Of course it's repeating, if that's the case, we can apply that for EVERY game.
