My "Medal of Honor" Review
Developer(s) Danger Close (EA Los Angeles) (singleplayer)
EA Digital Illusions CE (multiplayer)
Publisher(s) Electronic Arts
Single-Player: 85/10
The single-player campaign mode is half the reason to pick this game up. While the campaign is short, it's still pretty fun and satisfying. A.I. is not too smart, neither too stupid. The A.I. is just fine. The cutscenes look great and quite cinematic. There is also another single-player mode called Tier 1. In which where you can replay the campaign once again to achieve the best timing and skill kills. Difficulty will increase and there are no mid-level checkpoints. So if you die you must begin the level all over again. You can also compare scores with other players on the leaderboards.
Multiplayer: 85/10
There are 6 (actually 5) modes that you can play in the multiplayer. You can also customize and unlock weapons. But then again what first-person shooter doesn't these days? There is also freezing and lag issues in the multiplayer, but it doesn't happen quite often. As for campers they're not really a big problem, however there is a lot of snipers in the multiplayer. Since the maps are smaller compared to the ones in "Battlefield: Bad Company", you'll die quite often by these snipers. It's not really a big issue, but it happens quite a lot. Even people on the mics can't stop complaining about the snipers in the multiplayer. You just have to play smarter in order to take out the snipers. If you just run out into the open you'll die. Having said all that, the multiplayer is still pretty fun for a run and gun style online shooter. Did I forget to mention that the map designs are great?
Gameplay: 80/10
There really isn't much I can say about the gameplay except that it's fast-paced. Other then that the gamplay brings nothing new to the first-person shooter genre. However the game still offers a great campaign though. As for the multiplayer's gameplay it's a little different, it is much more face-paced then "Battlefield: Bad Company 2". This is probably due to the smaller maps. Weather or not you see this as a good or bad thing, the mulitplayer does a good job for what it's suppose to be.
Graphics: 85/10
While the campaign runs on Unreal Engine 3. The multiplayer actually runs on Frostbite 1.5, the same engine used in "Battlefield: Bad Company 2". First lets start off with the single-player campagin. The graphics are what you would expect from a game that runs on Unreal Engine 3. It's sharp, vibrant, and the lighting and texture work are really great. Especially in the daytime levels. Now for the multiplayer. While the multiplayer may look similar to "Battlefield: Bad Company 2", it actually has better textures and a slightly smoother look to it. The multiplayer has improved a bit since the closed beta.
Sound: 90/10
The audio in this game is fantasic. The shooting just sounds realistic. Nothing more to be said.
Closing Comments
"Medal of Honor" brings nothing entirely new to the first-person shooter genre. However it's a much more balanced game then "Modern Warfare 2" and "Battlefield: Bad Company 2". I recommend "Medal of Honor" for those who are tried of the "Call of Duty" series, and are looking for a good run and gun game with a great but sort campaign. If not then you might want to wait for "Call of Duty: Black Ops".
Final Score: 85 out of 10

Really? Ok, i'll explain why you should facepalm yourself.
Cause it said 90/10.
And I was like fanboy, since it looks like you over-rated all of them by accident, but it was funny ; I know you like MOH but it looked like MOH IZ TEH MOST AUHMAZIN THANG EVA with the 85/10 and so.
It really kills this fun explaining.
