I think Capcom actually meant to make it a 3rd Person-Action.

Hasn't Third Strike for PSN been revealed already? And I sincerely hope Capcom doesn't make a Super Street Fighter IV Turbo. The constant re-iterations of Street Fighter games was somewhat excusable before DLC existed, but now Capcom can easily sell people new characters, costumes, and stages via XBLM or PS Store.
